For any mum's, carers or grandparents with children there is a child minding area for you to safely leave your children whilst playing or watching netball.

For the safety of the children and ease of playing for players, children not sitting on the side of the court with a supervisor must be checked into the child minding area while on the court.  If older children are not disruptive then we are happy to have them sit and watch you play.

Child minding is only $3.50 per child or maximum $7.00 per family per game.

What we do in the Crèche

During the time your child is in the crèche we will attend to your child’s needs such as nappy changes and toileting. We also have a weekly program of activities, such as craft, stories, singing and other fun activities. We care for children from the age of 2 months through to school age.

We welcome all feedback from parents and will regularly review our policies and procedures to ensure that we meet the expectations of parents.

What to Bring:

  • Prams for babies and toddlers are recommended as these provide children with security and help with the transition into the Crèche environment.

  • Disposable or cloth nappies and baby wipes should be provided for children still in nappies.

  • Labelling of all possessions is a good idea and greatly appreciated as it reduces the possibility of lost property.

  • A healthy snack and drink.

Child Safety and Collection: For the safety of your child, all children will only be released to the person who has signed them in, unless previous arrangements have been made with Crèche staff.

Illness: For the health of all children, please do not bring your child to the crèche if they are unwell. They will not be admitted. Please advise staff if your child has any special medical requirements (eg. allergies or asthma). All staff has First Aid knowledge with a nominated 'First Aider'.

Food: Please bring something healthy (eg. fruit, sultanas) for morning tea. Lollies are not permitted in the crèche.

Activities at the crèche could include some of the following:

  • music and movement

  • small world play

  • singing

  • construction

  • shop

  • glue/paint

  • farm

  • zoo

  • dolls house

  • office

  • chalk

  • peg boards

We appreciate all feedback so please let us know if you have any questions or concerns.
